UK: We send your order via Royal Mail Recorded Signed For. Delivery should take from 3-10 working days. We will email you to let you know we have shipped and to give you a tracking number.

International: For other countries we send your order via Royal Mail International Signed For. Delivery should take about 5-15 working days. We'll also send an email with the tracking number once we have shipped your order.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you'll be happy with your order but in the unlikely event that it's not quite right, we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods must be returned in the exact same condition in which they were sent, unmarked and unworn with all tags intact. You need to tell us within 7 working days of delivery if you want to return an item.

All returns must be arranged with us in advance by emailing info@colenimo.com.

Always return items to us via recorded delivery and send us the tracking number once it is on the way. We can only process your return if you email us the tracking number as we can't be held responsible if the item doesn't get to us.

We will always try to process returns promptly but it may take up to 21 days to receive your refund or exchange.

Please Note:— Colenimo does not except liability for any returned goods lost or damaged. Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Colenimo. Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete so don't panic and do email us if you have concerns. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
